2014 U.S. Army Warrior Trials - Wheelchair Basketball Competition

Wheelchair Basketball at the U.S. Army Warrior Trails wheelchair basketball competition on June 16, 2014. More than 100 wounded, ill and injured service members and Veterans from across the United States are at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y. to train and compete in the Army Warrior Trials, June 15-20. The event is hosted by Warrior Transition Command and includes athletes from the Army, Marines and Air Force facing off in archery, basketball, cycling, track and field, swimming, shooting, sitting volleyball and wheelchair basketball. Participants in the trials include athletes with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, visual impairment, serious illnesses and amputations.

More than 100 wounded, ill and injured service members and Veterans from across the United States are at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York, to train and compete in the Army Warrior Trials, June 15-20. The event is hosted by Warrior Transition Command and includes athletes from the Army, Marines and Air Force facing off in archery, basketball, cycling, track and field, swimming, shooting, sitting volleyball and wheelchair basketball. Participants in the trials include athletes with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, visual impairment, serious illnesses and amputations.

2014 U.S. Army Warrior Trials - Archery Competition

More than 100 Army, Marine Corps and Air Force athletes will compete in archery, cycling, shooting, sitting volleyball, swimming, track and field and wheelchair basketball tournaments June 15-20. The 2014 Army Warrior Trials, hosted by the U.S. Army Warrior Transition Command, determine which Army athletes will compete at the 2014 Warrior Games this fall in Colorado Springs, Colo. The Warrior Games, a unique partnership between the Department of Defense and the U.S. Olympic Committee Paralympic Military Program, is a sports competition for wounded, ill and injured service members and veterans representing all military branches.

2014 U.S. Army Warrior Trials - Cycling Competition

The 2014 U.S. Army Warrior Trials kicked off on June 15 with the Cycling competition. The Army Warrior Transition Command is hosting the 2014 U.S. Army Warrior Trials June 15-19 held at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York. More than 100 wounded, ill and injured Soldiers, Marines, Airmen and Veterans from across the country are facing off in archery, shooting, cycling, track and field, swimming, sitting volleyball, and wheelchair basketball. The Army Warrior Trials will help determine the athletes who will represent Team Army in the 2014 Warrior Games slated for Sep. 28-Oct. 4, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
